"I do NOT recommend this hotel. We went for a dance competition happening at the hotel. We arrived around 8:30 PM and were given a room with no air conditioning. After a long day of travel, this was extremely frustrating. The worst part is that they didn’t take it seriously until I insisted on getting my money back. Only then did they finally move us to another room — at 1:00 AM. The issues didn’t stop there. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The sheets were dirty, and the chair inside the room was visibly stained. At the pool, it got even worse — the fabric on one of the chairs broke immediately when my daughter sat on it. That’s not just poor quality, it’s unsafe. For $700 for 3 nights, this place is a complete rip-off. You expect basic comfort, cleanliness, and safety at that price, and this hotel failed in all three. Save your money and go somewhere else. Completely out dated hotel"

"Location was great, not much else good to say. Hot water hard to get for showers, shower leaked constantly. Had booking for 5 but always only had 3 towels refreshed. Housekeeping poor, some days nothing made up, other days 1 bed, once we got both, turned into a running joke with family how many would be done each day. Breakfast ok, not alot of choice though. Staff where nice enough though, under new management so hopefully they improve things because i wouldnt recommend"

"We checked in at 3:45 p.m. and had to wait almost two hours for a room to be ready. When we finally got our room, it looked just okay. I was pleased with the view since I had paid extra for it. However, the room needed significant updates, including the floor. The floor was so dirty that the kids’ socks were black, and the bathroom had a poop stain that had been there for who knows how long. To make matters worse, the master bathroom showerhead leaked at night. We didn’t get any towels in any of the bathrooms; only some raggedy old towels that looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. I’m so disappointed with this place. I was expecting a 4-star hotel, not a cheap motel. For this being our first family trip to Disney, I was really hoping for a better experience."
