"Bei Schlüsselübergabe wurde mein Mitarbeiter, für den die Wohnung gebucht war völlig grundlos als Assi bezeichnet. Es wurde gedroht man hätte einen Zweitschlüssel und würde aufpassen. Und diverses weitere. Die Wohnung wurde von uns daraufhin NICHT bezogen. Eine Erstattung, selbst der Kaution erfolgte bislang nicht. "
