"Be aware that the hotel reception close down at 19:00 and if you haven’t checked-in by then you have to find another place to stay. I travel a lot but rarely see this rigid routine. Normally there is an option to collect your key in a coded box or something after the reception is closed. But okay, fair enough, it’s my mistake to not follow these rules. But no card payment in 2025?! That’s a big drawback which easily can be fixed. You leave it to your guests to spend 30 minutes to find an ATM...

Ich dort geblieben hat gewartet , dann kam in der Restaurant 2 Frauen die haben mir total ignoriert bis ich irgendwann zur denn laufen dann sag sie mir nach meine guten Tag Tag « ja ich komme «  ich sag das hatte mir es einfach gesagt statt mich einfach wie eine penna da warten lassen und mit blicken starren !! "Hotel Arena City in Leipzig is very conveniently located, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is not air conditioned, however, and we visited during a late summer heat wave. We had to leave the windows open, and the hotel is on a busy tram line, so it was quite noisy at night."
