"My stay was amazing. Not only were they very accommodating and helpful for a check in after hours, the facilities and rooms were impeccable. Although it is outside Innsbruck as well as a little outside the centre of Hall in Tirol, the train station is within walking distance and only takes a few minutes either way. Would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area."

"During summer visits. Upon check in, insert key card near inside door of your room to start AC, leave and return a few hours later allowing the AC to cool the room. Leave a card in the slot or your AC will turn off!"
