"I had a very disappointing stay at Morada Living. I did not receive the check-in instructions or the entry code in advance. I had to WhatsApp someone to gain access, and the whole process was not smooth or straightforward. The flat itself was extremely dirty. There was hair everywhere, behind the door, on the toilet, and in the shower. The sheets and towels were dirty, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, there was no soap available, despite this being specified in the Expedia...

"We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed it. Although there’s no receptionist, the place feels very safe and well maintained. The room is very pretty, modern, and comfortable. The street is safe and full of great options for nightlife, with many excellent restaurants and bars nearby. It’s also very close to downtown, located in a safe neighborhood.
