I have friends coming in a few months and we’re going to stay here when we go back to Guadalajara. I also want to add that the location is perfect. "Overall stay was great. Location is excellent in historic area, but do not wander away outside of it. Overnight staff (female) wanted to charge for the trademark chocolate chip cookie Double Tree hotels are known for. She stated they are complimentary on your first night only. Could not find policy stating so. Historically every double tree I’ve stayed at over the years always offered them with a smile. It was strange to offer them for payment. "
