Overall a good stay..rooms were decent size, bed was comfortable. Location is good...Both the metro and the Guangzhou railway station (also name of the metro station) are within 3 minutes walking. And there is a shop right next to the hotel selling all needs. Staff, both reception and cleaning are friendly..but English is quite limited. Would definitely stay there again though on future visit.

We had a great experience here. The hotel has everything we need. The staff very friendly and helpful for us. The location is also excellent, next to the sites for shopping. Metro and train station is in front of the hotel. Thank you for your kindness.

Great Hotel

Great Hotel for people who travel by train. The hotel is located directly next to the railstation and the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy. If I come to Guangzhou by train, I will stay here again.

clean and pleasant stay with friendly service

overall we has a pleasant experience. The reception was good. Li Mann was very helpful with shopping guidance. The air conditioning cannot be controlled. It was a bit too warm for us in the early evening but the room did get cooler closer to morning. The shower head was a bit slow and the room is not big but the price and service made up for any deficit.

They are not honest as I booked the premium room and they gave me the old room and when I yelled at them only then they gave me a better room so they always try to give you the worst room even though you’re paying for the better room so they are not honest people. Breakfast not that great.

Dirty hotel room

The cleanliness of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. There is clearly flood damage in the room, yet they still allowed this room to be rented out. Wallpaper near the windows was wet and falling down. The carpets was wet and dirty. I think they know hence they provided slippers for us. During our 1 night stay there. There was a few mosquitoes in our room despite the air con being on the lowest and the mosquito repellent plug being put on. Another minus for this hotel is that although it is next to the train station. To try a get a taxi of didi (Chinese Uber or grab) is extremely difficult as the policemen outside do not allow the cars to stop there

台風の影響で１日早くチェックアウトすることになりましたが、フロントの方が心配してくださいました。お陰様で無事に日本に帰れました。日本語のできる男性のスタッフの方もいらっしゃいまして驚きました。 お部屋はとても綺麗で冷房もしっかり効いてました。また、洗濯機と乾燥機を無料で使えるスペースがあり、とても滞在中は助かりました。 駅から徒歩2分程度と立地も良く、ホテル横には飲み物やお菓子がある売店と、中華料理のレストランもあって便利です。 駅前ですが、それほど騒音もなく、普通に夜も寝ることができました。 シャワーも水もお湯も出ますし、水圧も問題ありませんでした。次回も必ず利用させていただきます。

La cercanía es buena de metro y la bola, pero esta muy sucio, no tiene fitness room como dice tener, los empleados son cero empáticos, los cuartos esta sucios y las alfombras están lo que le sigue de sucias.
