Staff are excellent !!! They kept my room extremely clean and assisted with my personal needs! The room is outdated with old and old furnitures . There are not whole lot options for restaurants.

Safety box in my room was already locked and could not be opened. If the condition was checked after check out of previous visitor, it was helpful. The power of shower seemed to be weak. The others including breakfast were very nice.

Not again,

No restaurant in hotel avaliable 15:00. They sent me in a Taxi 20min to find food, I had to pay for taxi. There is absolutely no restaurant in the surrounding i walked several km. There is nothing to do like bar or cafe. The pool outside was closed off-season. The sauna was not working, the steam room had a strange smell. I got a room against the street, I guess if you got river it would have been nice. You could not reach the top floor by som reason.

I was here for a business trip and was told this was the nicest hotel in the area. The location was convenient, food wasn’t bad, and it was overall a decent experience. Initially, our room smelled like a smoking room so we asked to change and they gladly and quickly changed for us. Service here was fine and I don’t have many complaints. There are some food options down the street that were not bad.

The check deals doesn’t have anyone who speaks English. I had ask a friend to help out. Almost no one speaks dangling at the hotel. Room service order was wrong and they didn’t understand what I wanted. I could go on, but it’s pointless. The hotel is extremely beautiful and the facilities are amazing, but the service is poor. The rooms could do with better cleaning specially carpets and toilet seats.
