Budget location but not a budget price

The Laiste apartment that I stayed in was relatively comfortable and relatively clean. The building has a bit of a sketchy feeling, not that you are unsafe, it's just not nice. Definitely a budget location, but the price was more than I think it should have been. It is basically a residential area with a couple of buildings converted to these "hotel / apartments". The local area had convenience stores and some good local street side restaurants. It was a very "local" experience, not a pampered 5 Start hotel experience. Probably not quite worth the price.

チェックインカウンターと実際の宿泊場所は異なりますが、スタッフが丁寧に案内してくれるので迷いません。連絡はすべて WeChat で行う形ですが、対応はとても良かったです。 マンション内の共用エリアは少し薄暗く、最初は不安を感じました。部屋自体もやや古さがありますが、トラブルがあっても WeChat で迅速かつ親切に対応してもらえました。 シーツやタオルは清潔で気持ちよく利用できました。 駅に近く、周辺には飲食店も多く便利な立地です。全体として、安心して滞在できる宿だと思います。
