The room, bathroom and wardrobe are both big, even equipped with steam room and some fruits. The bed is comfortable.

If you want to get Salmonella stay here!!
Hotel is lovely, but I ordered room service one night and was served some raw chicken wings! After being severely sick the following day I made a complaint. The management felt it sufficient to offer me a free £20 buffet! What a joke! to make matters worse on the last day of my stay while having dim sum for breakfast I discovered a raw dumpling! This time I was lucky enough to not eat it. Again I showed the staff, again I complained but they clearly didn't care!

The room was big and spacious. The bed was hard in the Elite king, when mentioned to the front desk, I was told all Elite King rooms were this way and needed to upgrade to get softer bed. This hotel has many restaurants but the food in all of them were average. Getting a taxi at the hotel is very expensive and the hotel overcharges for this service. The duty manager who says his name is Sooku that does not wear a name badge, not of Chinese descent and speaks clear English was very rude. If you have a problem don’t expect him to help you. Best stay at the Sheraton across the street.

I am sorry to heard that you have unpleasant experience during your stay and I also thankful for you to explore our room , Yes we have spacious and big room compare to the other Hotels of Dongguan city .and we also have soft bed, hard bed and medium bed on the different floors . the room which you got was medium soft bed . we also have more soft bed which are available on the executive high floors. and We provide rooms according to the guest Booking . but if guest has any changes during check in we pleasantly help the guest to guide . The Hotel has 5 restaurants which is including Chinese seasonal palace , local Houjie bamboo food court , Danube cafe western , french cuisine in 360 degree revolving restaurant and Japanese restaurant which has professional chef working in . if guest has a special to eat our chef can also cook for the guest.next time you can personally meet me if you have special dishes to eat . let me allow to explain the taxi fair , compare to the other nearest Hotel we have the cheaper price of taxis . we have a professional duty managers in our Hotel but there is any misunderstanding during the communication I apologize on the behalf of our Hotel team . I hope you will give chance to restore your trust in our property .we would like to see you soon on your next trip . if there would be any assistance I can do for you I will be happy for that .

Love the room and the amenities. Also, the location is ok. There were a lot of stores to see nearby. If you want to go to the closest mall, it's around 15 to 20-minute walk.

Amazingly big rooms
I love the rooms. Booked a noble executive room. Very big and spacey. Limited English channels- but it’s fine because they had HBO movies.

厚街で最高な酒店！
厚街近郊では最高なホテルではないでしょうか。 部屋にもよりますが、綺麗で景観も最高。成功者になった錯覚を起こすくらいです！ 是非30階以上に宿泊をお勧めします。朝食も上層階は36階のラウンジでゆっくり採れました。 プール＆ジムも清潔でオフもホテルでゆっくり過ごすことができました。

nice place for relaxing after an hard business day
I travel a lot and I use to stay in many hotel using hotels.com or accor hotels. So I have the chance to experience many of them. This hotel is wonderful. It is a pity i couln't get the chance to enjoy all service, just relax in my wide room with a nice steam room. Surel i will be back

環境舒適 房間好大 位置也好好 行街宵夜食飯亦非常方便 唯一不好的是 有兩支法國礦泉水是收費的 放在房間裏20蚊支 好像被坑了 水有標籤寫明收費但我大意沒看清楚 免費水放在洗手間
