I loved my stay at Manhattan Langde Apartment. It was very affordable and extremely convenient for attending the Canton Fair. The location is within easy walking distance to the fairgrounds and Grandview Mall, and there were also shuttle services available which made everything even easier. Great value and perfect for business travellers.

**Review for Manhattan Langde Apartment – Guangzhou, China** I loved my stay at Manhattan Langde Apartment. It was very affordable and extremely convenient for attending the Canton Fair. Its airbnb, not a hotel

It is a residential building, not a hotel. The location is not convenient at all. The room itself is big and alright. But the service is not good at all. There is no reception on ground floor of the building. It is required to call for going to 25F for registration. And the door keycard is not sensible at all. You need to place it 100% accuracy in position for opening the door. Hot water is available for 20mins only.

Reasonable with the location and pricing!

It is as expected and shown in picture. But is honestly quite hard to find by taxi. Our van is actually tall, so can’t go thru the car park, and had to move luggage from about 5min walk. Glad they helped to bring to room, so wasn’t as bad. The shower was somewhat out of our surprise, and we missed the picture of showing how to use, so we didn’t use the shower but tab instead.

房間整潔，晚上有保安在樓下入囗，感覺安全。但有小瑕疵，是床灯歪了没執拾，天花其中一燈泡閃下閃下，没有更換，冲涼液樽蓋壞了，就放在，沒更換。地點 不近地鐵站 ，亦難找。 該社區並不清晰顯示D2楝在哪裏 ，當地人也很多人都不知道，找了很久才找到，建議應上載其卡片地圖，使人容易理解。而且，hotel.com所標示的地點，錯誤引導以為近廣州大劇院，令我浪費很多時間在找此公寓上。

很大篇文章,但如想住這間,就請耐心看看 1, hotels.com提供的地圖位置是錯的(就因這個才訂了這個差貨),提供的英文地址是找不到位置,沒有聯繫電話.要在其他的酒店網才找到正確位置及地址電話等資訊 2,到達公寓附近都是找不到大廈正確入口,因為前台在該大廈9樓;要詢問其他設地下店面作公寓前台的人員才知正確大廈入口(已經用了半個小時,其中還要拖曳行李箱) 3,前台設於9樓,要先乘低層升降機上到9樓,再乘低層升降機下到1樓,轉乘高層升降機到入住樓層;退房時再重覆一次啦.超不人性化 4,前台在908房,有很大煙味;前台人員沒什麼禮貌,對你愛理不理 5,需要按金300元,但不說用什麼類型支付,又不寫按金收據,好彩最後都可以收回,但被迫收回電子錢幣.(只說交300元作按金,我付現金.退房時,前台人員說他不是作前台的,身上又沒有現金,所有錢都在前台人員那裡;他聯絡負責的前台人員,但竟然去了銀行存錢,不知何時回來,問我收不收電子錢幣,不收就要等她回來,最後都只能收.)這個昤最無語及最嬲的地方. 6,房間沒有一次性拖鞋,只有膠拖鞋,但有很大陣酸臭味,怕有問題,沒有換上.(一進房間就想換上拖鞋舒服一下,怎知彎腰取鞋穿時就聞到強烈異味,自己及老婆都還未除鞋) 7,沖完涼再梳化休息,就被蚤咬了幾口,轉上床上仍被咬,整夜沒有好睡.(好彩老婆沒被咬,因她沒坐梳化及睡在遠離梳化那一邊) 8因膠拖鞋事件,電熱水壺及洗衣機,就不想接觸及使用 9.電視要研究好半天才能看電視節目,提供的電視機盒子,內里提供的節目全部都是看不到的

Bad Check-in services .

Good stay with comfy bed + apartment Every furnishing is quite new and clean BUT the location is misleading , DON'T follow the map , the map is misleading . Follow the address is correct , BUT the address is hard to bring u to exact location . it's nearby that area , we spent almost 4 hours at midnight (12am-4am) to search this building . Meanwhile services at front desk is bad , the person in charge at frontdesk IS NOT 24 hours , for midnight check in you'll need to call the phone number to wake the person-in-charge up . (Yes , she was sleeping in others unit) The front desk isnt at ground floor, it's at somewhere 9th Floor unit 908 (yes , inside apartment front desk) Overall the check in experiance is bad and unacceptable .

A localização no MAPS está totalmente errada! Trata-se de apart hotel, bom mas o local não há indicação na fachada e é aproximadamente 3 km do local no mapa. No primeiro dia tivemos problemas com ar condicionado e wi-fi. Difícil comunicação mesmo em inglês.
