The hotel cleanliness and location is good , however the reception and lobby staff are not attentive and helpful. In fact, the reception staff are rude and not service oriented. The cleaners were very nice and attentive though which we are very appreciative and is the plus point of this hotel customer service. Please do train your staff. Also I do not understand why changing from 1 king bed to 2 twin beds is consider upgrade and need to pay more?

Great location. The residences are very nice, well maintained and clean. Customer service was OK. The staff at the Pool did not have caps for us, and would not let us swim without them. Did not seem tolersnt to the fsct that we didn't live in the building and know that. Other than that a great place to stay

Room is nice. It has a good open view. The location is good with easy access to restaurants and coffee shops. Within 10 minutes walking distance to 3 subways stations on different subway lines.
