Disappointed.
Well, hotels.con said the deposit is only 500, it’s actually 1000. Next NONE of the reception speak English. Over the past two weeks I’ve stayed at 4 different 5 star hotels they all had English speaking staff... This one was the most disappointing. I have to wait 24 hours to get my deposit back? SERIOUSLY? Every other hotel it’s 15 minutes… why do I need to wait 24 hours? I’ve never heard of this before.
