The hotel staff were very welcoming and the check-in process went smoothly. When I accidentally stained the duvet in my room, the staff were very quick to replace it with a clean one.

The check-in process was quick. Upon seeing that I had a lot of luggage, the staff member proactively offered to help me carry it to the room. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were no strange smells.
