"Staff responded to our requests promptly, heated jacuzzi and rooftop patio delightful. Views are beautiful. Walking distance to Guatape is a very big bonus. Rooms have glass windows floor to ceiling so the noise from the town is terrible at night due to loud concert music. They are building a shopping mall directly across the street and the rooms facing this will hear noise from banging metal and Jackhammers, even on weekends. 7am onward every day. "The property is ok, Nice pool. Wifi was really poor and regular celular service didn’t work because of el Peñol they said. Hot water took forever to reach the shower and after 15 minutes I gave up.Breakfast was not served before 8.30 am and we had no choices, asked for scrambled eggs without onions and wasn’t possible."
