"Room was roomie and clean. Only by stays end did I observe one roach but no big deal. Found the disability room I stayed in had a very narrow, limiting bathtub, which made using the shower chair I brought with me uncomfortable to use I brought my own shower chair because I asked if that was supplied by the hotel and the person on the phone said they did not know but would call me back I never received a call back and assumed none would be provided. I believe one should be provided by the hotel for the disability rooms provided "

"Check in was easy. Breakfast had a good deal of options. The staff did a very good job of keeping up. The only issue was fitness rooms weight machine didn’t have any way of using it."

"It was an absolutely perfect stay. We loved everything about the hotel: modern decor, cleanliness, friendly people at the desk, nice selection of snacks and drinks, and lovely hand wash and body wash! Literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect were the bed pillows, which I found to be a bit lumpy. But that’s a minor complaint. I have already recommended this hotel to someone who frequently has traveling visitors. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Greensboro. "
