"Great location-just close enough to walk to everything near the French quarter and far enough to not be too loud or rowdy for a quiet night’s sleep. The quality of the room and cleanliness was above expectations. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the large pitchers of water in the lobby for quests especially after a long day of walking and exploring. Thank you!"

"We loved our stay at the Whitehall. Everyone was very warm and welcoming especially Shirley at check-in and Josh and John at check-out. The room was very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the onsite restaurant and enjoyed both meals. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Houston. "

"Breakfast was good, but had the same things every other day. Had issues with our key card! When we went in the room our toilet would not flush,our balcony door would not open the door handle was (is) broke . The room was ok needs some updating! The fire alarm went of at 1 in the morning! Dont know why ,but woke everyone up couldn't go back to sleep! Other then that it is a nice facility! "
