"Place was dated. Carpet in room disgusting. We were told that we would get room cleaning if requested. We waited 2 days and then requested and it didn’t happen had to ask again. Finally at late in day the following someone came in and dropped towels. Requested conditioner and Kleenex as they were out. Never received. Location was great but they need to add staff to room service and bar. Front desk were courteous. Not sure where communication breakdown was"
