"Always just what I needed. "

"The furniture and carpet were filthy. Definitely couldn't relax upon arrival due to the dishwasher still running. When asked about it I was told "we get a lot of traffic". Ordered room service and told my onion rings would arrive in 10 minutes instead it was an hour or more later. Requested bedding for the sofa bed and ended up calling 1.5hrs. later and the request had not been relayed to appropriate staff, so we waited another 30 minutes. This is a decent place if you're in and out but not if you are looking for relaxation or vacationing. Very disappointed based on the reviews I thought it was going to be a good pick."

"Beautiful property with a very friendly and welcoming staff. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that the rooms could use a bit of a refresh - our carpet felt a bit damp. With some room updates, such as wood / vinyl flooring, this would be a 5-star experience."

"I had a child in the next room that was nonstop for over 5 hours. I asked to move my room, and I felt that the woman who was working the night shift was completely unsympathetic to my situation. I was speaking to someone else, and she injected herself into our conversation. I would only want people to know that this is a hotel that caters to families, that is ok. I just don't need the manager stating that my needs are also not important."

"Fleas in the beds, dirt on the floor. Not enough staff checking in guests so a long line formed. Other that that, everything else was fine."

"It was really nice located, close to everything, nice restaurant on the side of the hotel plus a little convenience store in front of the hotel."
