Shuttle bus was supposed to come in 30 min and we waited over an hour and finally took a taxi. The staff was friendly - none of this is their fault. I will not be staying at a Ramada EVER AGAIN. The star rating on Expedia is utterly misleading and inaccurate. "

"There was a palm tree to the side of our balcony but not a true block like other rooms. I feel the pools were small even though they had several it seemed people were on top of each other. Property was beautiful, amenities were plentiful no complaints. "

"The hotel and staff where great ! Continental breakfast! Hotel itself its really updated ! The pictures in Expedia are really outdated and Also buy the breakfast directly with hotel they are charging $7.00 per person true Expedia there charging you $13.00 per person also they show everything is at a walking distance which is a lie , everything is 5 / 7/10 minutes away put in a car ! Also there is a airport in Sarasota and Expedia didn’t give that choice, "
