"Our first night was rough - they gave us the wrong room (not what we had paid for) because they were full….it was a handicap accessible room that clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. A bandaid on the pillow, hair on the sheets - it was disgusting. The next day (we had a 3 night stay) they moved us to the room we had originally booked and paid for & it was great! Very clean, good views and clean bedding! The only other issue - there were homeless people hanging out and sleeping on their front picnic table/yard area the whole day - made it feel a little sketchy for the area. We loved the walkability to The Galleria - super convenient!"

"Very old hotel. Not what it sells for. No open restaurants, stay 5 nights and order Uber Eats every day. Even ordering Uber Eats I had to file 3 disputes because the restaurants or merchants always forgot items. I will never come to this hotel again. The rooms are very old and outdated. The air conditioner is in auto, so you can’t sleep with the AC on all night if you wish. Don’t let them give you a room near the pool you will not be able to sleep. People making too much noise after10:00 pm, The chairs and umbrellas that you see in the pictures are Not included! You need to pay for those ! The breakfast Buffett not worth it. I will recommend to go somewhere else in Florida but this ghost town. "
