"Se supone que es una propiedad para hospedar 5 personas, eramos 5 y aun así cobraron como extra al niño que llevabamos. NO hicieron limpieza del lugar. Como aceptan mascotas el piso aún tenia mucho pelo de perro. Nunca contestan llama telefónica, por lo que la comunicación es bastante limitada. Se que no es único en ese hospedaje, pero inflan bastante sus precios por ser puente o fin de semana. El espacio cómo tal es adecuado pero el servicio es pesimo."

"El trato del staff excelente en especial Andrea Caba nos explicó las ofertas de los clubs y las ventajas que nos ofrecen. El personal de servicio del buffet en el lobby. Las actividades de zumba en la playa y cada noche actividades en el teatro. No me gustó las pocas ofertas en el restaurante buffet de la playa y l falta de servicios de bebidas y snack en algunas de las piscinas."

"It was a very family friendly environment! The staff was amazing and accommodating. The food was decent enough. The American food there was pretty good along with the Mexican options for the breakfast buffets. Great bartenders who were friendly and patient."

"The rooftop pool was beautiful and fun to be in! The resort credit has many restrictions to it so ask when you check in! The beachfront is very nice and relaxing….the bar staff is very nice and fast but the alcohol seemed to run out with particular kinds every day. The AC in the rooms was left to be desired for …..the food was not bad overall. The entertainment was pretty cool with fun decorations being put up daily! If you can make a reservation at the restaurants I would…..one restaurant is closed every night so it can be an hour plus wait in prime dining hours."

"The property itself was well maintained and visually very nice. However, our overall experience was somewhat disappointing, especially as a family with a toddler. There were very limited activities for families beyond spending time at the pools, so the resort felt lacking in options for young children. The telecom/operator service was also difficult to reach, as calls were rarely answered. We were also unable to enjoy the private beach during our stay due to a significant amount of seaweed. In addition, we had informed the resort that we were visiting to celebrate our toddler’s birthday, but the birthday arrangement was sent one day early. While we appreciated the gesture, it felt poorly coordinated, and we had expected a more thoughtful effort given the occasion. Overall, the property is well kept, but the service and family-focused experience did not fully meet our expectations."

"Room was noisy during the night from partying downstairs. Strangely nowhere to hang towels in bathroom. Tired overall, needs investment to lift the appeal (lounge area beside pool built with shipping pallets), but pretty beach and pool area. Front reception we later realised doubled surcharge cost for something at check-in, then argued that we didn't pay that amount, refused to believe credit card statement with resort name as vendor. Overall comfortable and a nice beach, but didn't feel like a relaxing resort with the "rough edges", ok for 1-2 nights."
