"The pool was great, food was ok, to the restaurant it was long wait. beach was great. The rooms had very strong mold smell, when we came back home all the clothes smelled mold. Air conditioner most places was week or even none."

"This is a really nice hotel that provides you with everything you need to make your stay super comfortable. Staff is great and is always ready to help you. One minor inconvenience was the check in process as it took us quite some time; but aside from that, everything was nice. The pools are very clean. I did not get an opportunity to try their restaurants, but they looked very nice and offered plenty of variety of foods. I did have the breakfast and it was simply delicious. Buffett-style with lots of options. Parking and check-out process was amazing. I really recommend this hotel if you want a budget friendly option and high quality service. "

"We had such an amazing stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Cancun! They kindly allowed us an early check-in at 9 AM, which was incredible after a long trip, we were so grateful for that. He helped us with all our tour bookings, provided maps, arranged our massage appointments, and guided us through everything so smoothly. "Lets start from the beginning, the food at this resort is terrible. We stayed at Royal level and the food wasn’t any better then the buffet. The sewer smell in the resort is very off putting. We were made to change rooms because of a leak they had in the room under us. We came back from breakfast and the water in the shower and tub were shut off, we were told they had to turn it off due to a leak. We were understanding and told the staff its fine and when we would be back so our water could be turned back on. We came back to our room and there were five men in our bathroom cutting a hole in the ceiling with all of our personal belongings everywhere. At rhis point we were upset. Went to the desk and we were told it would be five minutes. We were lied to and the manager caught us as we were about to go to the pool and told us we had to change rooms. All in all it was about 5 hours lost of our vacation. This resort needs alot of updating. The best part was the wild life. "
