"We only stayed for one night,. We arrived late and check in was very pleasant and efficient. But we checked out and later that day I realized I left medication in the room refrigerator. I called and was told I could come back and they would let me check the room. Finding it gone, I informed the lady at the front desk who was extremely helpful. She proceeded to invite to the housekeeping but unfortunately they told me it could not be found. Ten minutes later I received a call from this lady who told me they found my medication! I was so grateful and happy. Kudos to the staff and to this lady at the front desk, I only wish I had her name! Thank you so much! "
