Public beach access was a couple blocks away. Very nice beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. A little run down, but not in any way that effected our enjoyment. The place was quiet which we also enjoyed. We did not use the pool and the grills were down on the first level so we didn't use that either.

Just a fantastic spot. Great location. Short walk to beach access. Awesome coffee shop next door in Pier 33. Pool just outside our door. Noise never an issue. Everything we needed. We'd stay again.
