"We had issues with our check in (the card key reader was not working and we had to wait about an hour for the staff to find a physical key). Our bathroom was very dirty (sand all over the floor, dirty towel left behind) and there was an unpleasant smell, but otherwise the room was fine. Also, on our first night, the hotel held a modeling/beauty pageant and they played very loud music starting from 11:30pm until 2am. We were told earlier that it would end at 12pm. Room service was not available...
