IBIS BUDGET HOTEL SIMPLE DOWN TO EARTH
Arrived 8th Feb evening check in was easy and quick but no change to break a 500 note,as nobody uses cash they say. My stay was very comfortable,but the staff have to remember to LOOK LISTEN AND LEARN. Sachin the bar tenser very polite professional and knows how to deal with drunken idiots.Kiran Nice girl from FB.The Sous chef egg station has to increase his hearing problem and able to comprehend what has been said.As for the breakfast no MARMALADE JAM???.The paranthas to thin and get dried up quickly and hard.On the whole for a 3 star hotel all good with some frills etc.

Rooms are clean , functional but small . A bit disappointed to see that they didn’t have my weighing machines , even when specifically asked for . Most disappointing was staff’s complete disregard for Covid protocol . No staff was wearing mask , which was not very comforting . Food was average .

Not a great place to be with family. Also Some weird rules even if you have paid full advance for you stay restaurant will ask you to pay directly every time go to eat something seems they can’t wait till check out. Rooms are very small and washrooms are like tent accommodation, 5k plus is very high for this kind of accommodation. Bad experience over all

It was very disappointing and disturbing when voice from neighbouring rooms were coming very loud at 2 AM..loud noise of door thud was coming every niw and then......next day you have meeting and all kind of noise comes to your room in late night makes it very annoying...... Moreover even kettle was not working properly.

Excellent service
It was a great stay. Rajani went above and beyond and helped me during the last day when I needed to commute to another city with Uber. I really appreciate one of the male staff in Spice too who was working in the morning on Thursday and Friday October 18-19. He was super polite and remembered my fav egg I usually ordered in the morning for breakfast.

Everything was TERRIBLE.
The WORST hotel in the world! Never Ever stay ibis 1. Bedding & Bed sheet was unimaginably dirty and humid. 2. Bathroom is soooooo tiny that feel like Im' in the Airplane Lavatory 3. I saw a huge RAT in the restaurant located ground flloor where we had breakfast.

I liked the hotel ambience most. The telephone Nos. were not displayed at convenient location. The Shaving kit, Tooth brush kit, Comb kit, shoe polishing kit is not kept in the room for ease and convenience of the customer. In other hotels it is kept as complementory.

Business hotel for short stays
The room are bit small for my linking. Staff is good and attentive. Bathroom is a cubicle, again small for my comfort. No amenities are provided except a soap, if you forget something then you need to purchase it. Rates are reasonable. Food served in restaurant is good and there are choices. However rates are bit pricey, dinner buffet costs about 800.
