The overall rating is given "terrible" on account of false booking information on Expedia and not due to hotel facilities. When I made this booking, it was shown that breakfast is included in the booking but while making check-in at the hotel, hotel staff is asking to provide details in this regard. I am once again re-iterating that Expedia portal showed that breakfast is included in the booking. Even while checking this hotel on Expedia App, every room option is available with breakfast by default and cost of breakfast is shown as "0" (Zero). Several emails were also sent to grievance officer of Expedia but no response received. In view of above, it is requested to refund expenses made by me on breakfast.

The whole floor was stinking of cigarettes. They gave us the floor even though we had baby with us. It happened for both days of my stay. Even the rooms were not sound proof. I could hear the television from the adjacent room late night. Baby had trouble sleeping because of this. I will not suggest or plan my stay in this hotel again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Nice room. We thought the food was good both for an evening meal and for breakfast. It was somewhat quiet in the evening - we were almost the only ones in the restaurant, perhaps because it was Sunday. Tried going out for a walk, but the area around the hotel is drab and characterless - there's nothing there except a couple of other hotels and a couple of main roads. Well located for getting to the airport. We used Uber for airport transfer to save money.

Nice hotel in heart of the city
Nice hotel located in 20 minutes drive from airport and located in heart of the city. Well maintained and nice staff. Comfortable rooms and with all required amenities for a business traveller. Good breakfast and nice restaurant. Also, there are nearby restaurants including a Japanese restaurant.

Not a pleasant experience staying here
Checked in the hotel late after a long day and so was tired. Ordered for (dinner) room service at around 10:30PM. Did not get any food until 11:45Pm when I called to check the status. The person responded that he forgot to write down the order. At that point I cancelled the order and went to bed after having snacks that I had with me. I got a knock at the door at around 12:30am when I saw someone bring the dinner even thought I cancelled. Another night a few guys next door were noisy and seemed like they were drunk. Called the manager to report the excessive noise and the manager responded that the people next door would soon wrap up their conference. I thought it was strange that the manager was not at all concerned about the comfort of the guests like me and was backing up some unruly guests. One night a hotel staff knocked at the door after midnight and woke me up. When I opened the door he says that he has brought the astray I requested. I did not ask for an astray as I do not smoke.

"Hotel Fantastic!"
This hotel and its staff was superb. It was close to my hospital, so very convenient. However it ranks as the number one hotel I have ever stayed at out of approximately 300 over the past 30 years. The staff treated you as family and went out of their way for continuous courtesy and service. Little extras were provided without question to assist my comfort after major surgery locally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliably professional service.

Central location in Gurgaon .
Our family have a wonderful stay . We were treated very well by staff and management. Arranged hi tea for our family get together with short notice and turned out to be a huge success . Kitchen staff showed their best culinary skills . Choices for breakfast and dinner buffet are excellent. Menue has good choices from continental items , possible addition to few mexican dishes will be a plus . Prepared food was non greasy and mildly spiced, perfect for our taste .Being 100 plus F outside temprature we choose to stay in and have all our meals there. In short , will love to come back in future to enjoy their warm hospitality.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in February 13. It was clean, convenient for my needs and the service was good. Internet was slow - a common problem I have found in India. When I find a hotel with a quick internet connection I will be sticking with it!

Good Value for Money Hotel
I stayed at Country Inn and Suites for two days, the hotel for neat, the breakfast speread good and the staff were very courteous. The Hotel being located a five minute walk from HUDA City Center MRT station makes makes it very convenient to use the MRT. Over all good value for Money and a very good place to stay if you are travelling on Business

The staff and hotel were really nice. The only complaint I have about this hotel is the location (nothing close by except other hotels), but it is in walking distance of the metro, so it was easy enough to get places.
