The hotel was in a lakeside resort which seemed like it would be super busy in summer, but was nice and quiet when we visited in April. Other visitors seemed to be pretty much all Korean, so we felt a bit like locals. The hotel had a big event on one of the nights we stayed, but we weren't disturbed ...
The place was nice and clean and they provided a good breakfast. Don't expect every member of the staff to speak english but you will always find a friendly and helping hand to solve a problem or accommodate your request. I wood book it again if I would visit the town once more.
It was raining heavily on our last day, the receptionist was very kind and unexpectedly took us to the bus station with umbrella. We wanted to hire a cab because we had a lot of luggage and I travelled with my parents who’s in their late 60’s, we didn’t realize how close the hotel was with the entrance ...

Absolutely no check-in before 2pm. Tough experience after travelling more than 24 hours from North America! Spa open only from 8 to 9 pm, and staff starts shooing customers out at 8:45.
The owner couple was very attentive and friendly to the guests. The husband went out of his way to help us, for example, driving us to the noodle shop and explaining where to visit, etc. I left my phone charger when we checked out and went to another property nearby (due to unavailability at Wadamjung). ...
