The room was clean but the staff didnt give us a better room. It was a bit far but no complaints I dont mind walking. Might be a issue for some folks that hate walking 5 mins to their room

Our room was clean, the air conditioning was easy to use, the room decor is current and the furniture is in good condition. Clean hallways and clean elevators were all working the whole week. Having no coffee maker was new to us, but maybe all the Vegas resorts are moving in this direction because I've seen conversations about this on Facebook. Our plane arrived very early so we left our luggage and explored around town, but needed to freshen up in the afternoon. It was $30 extra to check-in at 1:30 instead of 3:00. The room was ready so I'm not sure why they enforce this inconvenient early check-in rule.

Great location nice size room just we had no house keeping for 3 nights

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.
