"This is a very busy downtown hotel. Excellent location for downtown activities such as art galleries, museums, etc. During our stay, one restaurant was open since other facilities were under renovation. Friendly efficient staff."

"This hotel was in THE BEST location in downtown Toronto! Walking distance to Rogers Center, CN Tower, Hockey hall of Fame, all the shopping and so many great restaurants! Breakfast every morning - delish! Staff so friendly they became friends! Highly recommend and will come back again!"

"Room was clean. Smaller than expected. Bathroom was also very small. Construction was loud. Pool was very nice and warm. Fitness room well maintained. The construction on the patio will be lovely when done. No hot tub on site at this time. "

"Pros: Check in and out were seamless, lobby and rooms were clean, inviting, and secure. Great location, easy to find. Cons: The elevator to the parking garage was not working so finding our way up and out of the underground parking took a long time The hallways to the rooms are very narrow Door to room was not the most soundproofed and we could hear some of the louder guests in the halls Overall good value, would stay again when garage and elevator repairs are done"
