A well-located hotel in the Hanoi Old Town. The double-glazed windows in my room completely blocked out any noise from the street. Walking distance to many great bars, restaurants and cafes. Staff were very accommodating and keen to share their experiences working hard to run the hotel post-Covid. Good luck to them!

Would have been great to have a pool for the really hot days but not a reason not to stay there.
The hotel was excellent - the staff Ryan & Eddy could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend.

I had a really lovely stay at Bendecir Hotel & Spa. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind people, making my stay a comfortable one. They were all professional and the staff at the desk spoke excellent English, taking away the stress of any miscommunication. Quyen was one of the bell boys who really made my stay memorable - he was constantly available throughout most of the day to help out when needed.
The room was comfortable and relatively well maintained. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, especially the fresh fruit they had.
Overall, this location met my needs as it was easy to walk to the rest of the Old Quarter from here. There was a good variety of food and cafes nearby that the staff helped to recommend.

Some flaw of the hotel room design, we are not use to the water basin is outside in the bed room instead of ensuite not convenient. Location of the hotel is at the heart of old quarter, easily to access by foot. First time to Hanoi was great because of the outstanding hospitality and service from the team at La Siesta especially Front Office: Adele, Ruby and Quan. Adele has made us feel comfortable for the stay, she is very attentive to details and helpful. Adele has impressed us with her professionalism and hospitality.
