The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!

This place is amazing! I can’t say enough about how helpful and wonderful all the staff were. They went out of their way to help us organize our day trips and travel plans. The food at the restaurant was really good, a nice breakfast buffet, and a delicious dinner. The room was clean and it had a nice view. We enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was really great. I highly recommend this for your stay in Sapa. It’s located a little out of the town and up on the hillside in a nice quiet area but just a short walk or grab ride down to the Sun Plaza.

This hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the dinning area, and to the room itself. Get the breakfast buffet. Just do it. Also, the shuttle to and from the city center was the cherry on top!

I arrived just past midnight for check in and the staff were so friendly and on hand to help with any questions I had! Breakfast selection is pretty wide but the reminder every 5 minutes that breakfast is ending at 10am whilst eating was a bit annoying. Pool facilities are great but mostly filled with backpackers with day passes, I think there needs to be more exclusive parts for hotel guests because it did feel like a hostel at the pool area. They provide shuttles into town and also will drop you to the Fanispan ticket booth which is lovely. Definitely the best place to stay when in Sapa.

Very clean hotel with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The view of Ha Long Bay is beautiful, especially in the morning. Breakfast has a great variety with both Asian and Western options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
