The location is so central that it walkable to many ,many great restaurants, and attractions.
The people were all so great specially Quan and Anh. They helped us navigate the city, and arranged tours and transport for us.
My family had a wonderful time in Hanoi.
We have highly recommend this hotel.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very cozy and classy,The staff are really welcoming and helpful for everyone,Shout out for Zoey,Sun and especially Henry I noticed that He is very nice and friendly to each of the guests whose coming and always makes us at ease when we stayed in the hotel! Concern for everyone!

Wonderful stay with excellent service.
We had a great stay at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi. The entire staff were excellent throughout our visit. The front desk team were extremely helpful. We also spent some time at the pool bar, where Back provided great service and took fantastic care of us.
The breakfast is excellent and again the team did everything possible to ensure everyone enjoyed their meal.
A special thanks to the management team, led by Mr. Brian Do, who went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay.
We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Hanoi.
