"Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged."

"Nobody ever picks up the phone. They gave me a horrible room that looks like a seminary. No hair drier. Awful room."
