"El precio demasiado alto para lo que era. No había aire acondicionado en multiples habitaciones y aún asi los precios eran altos. Al igual, había una cucharacha semi-muerta en nuestra regadera."

"No usamos spa. El hotel está muy bonito PERO… Reservé tres habitaciones. No sale suficiente agua caliente para ducharse. En una de las habitaciones, el serv de limp forzó la chapa y rompió marco de la puerta mientras las huéspedes dormían. Al llegar nos recordaron que el desayuno ya estaba pagado y nunca advirtieron que SOLAMENTE incluía determinados alimentos, aduciendo que había firmado un documento ennel que lo decía. Al exigir verlo, lo habían anexado a la hoja del check in pero obvio no...
