"Nice apartment for my wife and I to spend a couple of nights with our 1 year old daughter. There was plenty of room in the bedroom for the travel cot we brought with us, and they provided a high chair on arrival. The apartment was also dog friendly so our little pooch was able enjoy the trip with us (at a cost of £25 per night). The welcome pack did mention there was a free bag of dog treats available for dogs, but we didn't actually receive any. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything...

"What more could you ask for than a property where the supermarket (and many eateries) are around the corner and the bus stop is opposite the front door. Rayrigg is perfectly located, with a bus every 20 mins to take you to the railway station (about a 10 minute walk) or to other towns in the District. "The property was lovely with well furnished. Sadly the hot water in the shower wasn’t working despite reporting it after the first day. Cold showers aren’t very nice. When paying top price for accommodation the hot water should a given, essential part of the service. Plus the cleaners were knocking on the door before the allotted 10am check out!!"

"Lovely room with great views. Good location in town. Very nice staff. Nobody helped with the cases from the car on arrival. They need valet parking. Earlier check in than 4pm as most hotels are 3pm.
