"I loved oncology and location "

"방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요. 객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해결되진 않았습니다. 리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요. 객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고 시설에 안내판도 제대로 없고 리조트 안에 어떤 시설이 있는지 찾기가 어렵습니다. 알아서 공부하고 오라는건지..물어보고 싶어도 직원 찾기도 쉽지않네요. 아이들 데리고 가기에 좋다고 해서 왔는데 요금이 저렴한것도 아니고 정말 실망입니다. 다시는 올 생각 없을것 같네요."

"1. The hotel charges a hefty fee for using the Pool(The Hotel should not charge hotel guests for using the pool.) 2. After paying for the pool fee, you are only allowed to reenter the pool ONE time within 30 minutes. (I asked for an explanation WHY?, but the staff did not provide a legitimate answer.)(If you want to come back to the pool, they will charge the same fee as the first time you entered the pool.)(By the way, the fee is around $30 per person) 3. The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard. "

"I had a wonderful visit at the Namhae Opera House Pension. The room was large and well appointed, and the woman at the front desk couldn't have been nicer, even with the language gap. This guesthouse is right on the water, so even with the triple panned glass, you will still hear the sounds of the waves. I loved it, but just an FYI for light sleepers. Overall, loved my stay here and would absolutely return."
