"Extended Stay by Wyndham Chambersburg is conveniently located near Route 81 in an area with many stores and restaurants nearby and only a short drive to Gettysburg.
The suite was huge, probably twice the size of a regular hotel room. The kitchenette had everything needed for light cooking. We didn't make any meals here, but used the refrigerator and microwave. We enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. It was served promptly at 6:00 both days. There was a large variety to choose from.
The hotel was clean and everything looked new. It almost seemed like this room had never been used. Everything was in working order. One negative here would be it took a long time to get hot water when showering. Also, whoever painted was a little messy, getting white trim paint on the walls and other surfaces, especially noticeable in the bathroom. Also in the bathroom, there were no grab bars or other preventative measures to prevent falls in the slippery bathtub."
