Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Hagerstown
Bed was comfortable, however the pool was cold and I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub on the premises. Room was great, but when I used the Bonvoy Marriott app to request more towels and linens, there wasn’t a response. Overall, a comfortable stay!

Some of the parking lot security lights were out. My room keys had to be reprogrammed 4 times over a two night stay. The room-darkening curtains wouldn’t close so the maintenance staff had to fix it.
