Didn’t have a chance to use the facilities. The room was clean and had a comfortable king bed. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. Will stay again for sure !

As a housekeeper manager for 6 plus years my experience was wonderful! The area was great and calm. The room felt refresh and clean the beds were not tied up for the hospitality look. And the fridge had a stain inside of it. Other than that my stay was amazing my kids enjoyed the pool I stayed in room 216. I’ll definitely come back and stay !

I stayed here 2 times within a week (on my way to vacation and on my way from vacation). Both times were good. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed the restaurant that is right near the hotel called BJ's. Hotel was right off 81 so very convenient. There is also a big shopping center right there in the same location.

The hotel was modern with furniture and technology. The room was the perfect size for 2 people, and the bed was comfortable. The Market was well stocked, but $4 for a sharing size of Sun Chips? Yikes. Great location…next to a good size mall, so lots of restaurants and places to walk.

Could be cleaner....

Pro's: close to interstate; location to food/shopping; staff were friendly but of the 3 people we met, two were new so everything from check-in to ordering drinks/food took a long time. Lobby was nice. Bed was comfortable. Con's: Room was pretty grungy and worn. Mold/mildew all in the shower and it had a smell. Carpet was gross feeling and sticky to feet/socks. Bathroom floor was also dirty. HUGE cobweb/spider bed in room above the bed extending to the corner of the room. IF YOU BOOK THROUGH HOTELS.COM, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD. I was charged by Hotels.com and then charged an additional 150.00 by the hotel itself......
