Booked this place for my family when they came in town and it was one of the worst experiences for them, no hot water and constantly being bothered by the staff for having guest for a short amount of time, I’d rather put them in a 2 star motel.

I will never return to this place again. The cigarette smoke that was in the air stuck on clothes. My children wouldn’t stop coughing. It’s amazing how this hotel says no smoking but that’s all this place smells like. Worst experience ever.
