The check in person was super friendly and the room was absolutely perfect! The bathroom was literally sparkling clean! Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again. Oh and a great breakfast no charge the next morning!

I stay here every time I’m in Hagerstown - - the staff is always friendly and accommodating, parking is easy, great liquor store and restaurants nearby, and great value. Sometimes they have a biscuits and gravy breakfast too….

Staff was friendly. The one thing i didnt like was the coffee. They had two choices, bold or decaf. Not a fan of either. They also didnt offer coffee and tea around the clock, just at breakfast.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel. Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were updated. Gym had what I needed. Did not use the pool but it looked nice. I do wish breakfast was until 10:00 on weekends.

Great space with two queen size bed and dual level pull out queen sleeper sofa. It was perfect for me, my sister, my nephew, niece and great granddaughter. The room was well decorated, well lit, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shopping and restaurant across the parking lot. The free breakfast was outstanding. It included Belgian waffle maker, eggs, bacon, egg and bacon or sausage bagel sandwiches, hot and cold cereal, juice, coffee, tea, and more. My only disappointment was the website said they had a jacuzzi, indoor pool, and gym. They did not have a jacuzzi.
