The hotel is very nice and modern. The room was nicer than I expected it would be. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in in years. The WiFi was reliable.
The room was very nice and clean and the bed was so comfortable! The view of the mountains was amazing! Breakfast had plenty of options. The airport shuttle was the main reason I picked this hotel and it was very convenient. All of the staff was super kind and very helpful! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The room we stayed in didn't have internet access. We had to demonstrate that it didn't work by asking her to come to our room before she did anything. She finally transferred us to another room. That room had internet. Our original room was not in good prepare. Our new room was in much better condition than our original room. We will not consider staying at that facility again

Lights in shower went out during stay and were not replaced. No trash can in room.

We like staying here and the kids enjoy the pool and breakfast, even though the facility is a bit older and it seems they struggle to keep up with maintenance and houskeeping a bit. This year was a little better than last year. We will look at other options in the area and may or may not come back here.

The hot water was out for 24 hours (at least) with a hotel full of hockey kids. We all understand things happen, but there was no offer of any partial credit or refund or anything.

Facilities were ok. Front desk ladies were very nice and very stressed by the actions of the property owner. Hot water went out and there was no communication with us at all. We kept asking and the front desk staff were unable to help in any way. All they kept saying was, “we are waiting for a response from the property owner.” I contacted Expedia and they were unable to help at all. Stating, “we are unable to get a response from the hotel.” I would not recommend staying here.

On the 27th of Jan. The hotels water heater went out. Right above maintenance bldg. doing construction at 10pm and would not move us. Lame and next morning someone died in the hot tub. We saw the body. Should have been covered. Terrible stay front desk girls where really nice

I was there for two nights and I could not shower at all because there was not hot water. The front desk kept telling that it will be fixed within 30 to 45 minutes; however, hours later… never happened. If you are going to offer a room full-price in the middle of the winter, you better have hot water, specifically to a hockey team in the middle of a championship.

The hotel was a great choice. It was very clean and comfortable and I would reserve it again. I wish I had the same positive reaction when I saw the invoice breakdown. Why was I charged almost $17 for travel and convention and local tax? Sales tax I understand, but what's up with the other two taxes? I realize it's not a lot but it would've been nice to have that as a discount instead.

I usually come here for medical appointments, including hospital stays. However, no discounts for medical, sad. Other than this the location, personnel and location is awesome. Have stayed here more than once and will probably come back again, if I have to.

It was really clean and well kept. The ride to Sun Valley was effortless. You can go to downtown Hailey or Ketchum. Centric.

The hotel was needed for just one night but it was fine. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a simple continental-style serve yourself in the morning. The exercise room was sparse but sufficient. One problem that was unusual: the internet server was not working. But they seemed to work diligently at solving the problem.
