"As far as motels go, this is a better than average one. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were ok. My only issue was with noise transfer. I had my dog with me and because you could hear everyone going in and out their rooms, slamming doors and going up and down the stairs, my dog barked a lot! I’m sure that was annoying for everyone! This is something to note if you have your dog, or are sensitive to noise. Otherwise, staff were very friendly and no other complaints. "

"This place is such a gem! It's clean, tidy, close to the beach, a short drive to amenities, and quiet. I stayed in the romance suite with my six year old in room C (the one at the end) and it was MAGICAL. Beautiful trees, a salmon stream, and trees right outside the window. Beach across the street you can walk to and collect rocks. The room was clean, the jet tub was wonderful, and even the instant coffee was delicious. There was a small fridge they store coffee cream in and a fireplace as well. The staff were wonderful as well; we went daily for extra cream and the lady at the front was always kind and welcoming. It was a relaxing, slow, connecting, and beautiful stay! Would 10/10 come again. "

"This hotel is currently undergoing a much needed facelift. Our room had been redone. The space was clean albeit a bit stark. It could have used some artwork on the walls to make it feel less clinical. Perhaps this is still in the works with the renos. There were two other thigg by s that were a bit odd; the baseboard heat in the bathroom is right below the cabinet so when it’s on, the stone counter for the vanity gets quite hot, and the “curtain” was an accordion style piece of cloth which was taped to the window from the top. There was no way to open the curtain. We ordered dinner in from the restaurant next door which was decent. They were very accommodating for our dog and only charged us a $20 dog fee which is pretty reasonable. "
