The facility was extremely clean, modern, and spacious. It felt more like a Nordic apartment than a hotel. And for a price when we stayed, that is one heck of a deal. It came with great amenities like a kitchen and a washer + dryer combo.
It is also extremely easy to get to from Oslo S. Use the elevator on the south side between tracks 3 and 4 (where you will alight from the airport train), turn left on the bridge, use the elevator there, then walk down Toyenbekken and turn right on Gronlandsleiret. Took us 8 minutes and was super easy.
The neighbourhood is sketchy at night, but we didn't feel too uneasy at 11 pm. But if you are travelling alone, I would suggest sticking to the main street only at night (Gronlandsleiret). During the day, it feels very safe.

I had a three night stay at this hotel for a business trip. I found it was good for what I required. The room was clean and suitable for my needs although I couldn't get the room cool enough for my liking even though I turned the air con down to the minimum. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of variety in what you could have both hot and cold. I also used the gym and the swimming pool which were both very good and had everything that I needed. Not the cheapest hotel but it was in a good location for my visit and I wasn't paying! ;-)
