Staff unhelpful and poor English so communication was difficult Signs out the front foyer says rooms are banned from air bnb type bookings . So doesn’t really make for a comfortable stay . Would never book again Also dirty and not cleaned well"Reviewed August 15, 2025Return • Singapore (SIN) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)SIN - SGN • Direct SGN - SIN • DirectS$1,241S$451found 22 hours agoper traveller - ZENITY Skyline Residences Suite

Cau Ong Lanh4 nights3.0 star property9.8/10 - Exceptional (165 reviews)"My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception..."Reviewed September 29, 2025Return • Singapore (SIN) - Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)SIN - SGN • Direct SGN - SIN • DirectS$2,291S$719found 22 hours agoper traveller - Landmark 81 Skyscraper

Before arrival we were asked to send passport details through WhatsApp, and several messages were later deleted, which raised concerns for us from the beginning. When we arrived, front desk staff refused assistance and directed us to communicate only with the owner/host. We also noticed signage suggesting short-term stays may not be permitted in the building. The apartment itself did not match the quality or presentation shown in the listing photos. "Horrible services "
"Ka Ge Bay is a wonderful getaway from HCM, about 2.5 hrs away by car. The ocean is lovely (although I never swam in the ocean) to watch from the hotel. The staff were warm and friendly, although some were very inexperienced. Some went out of their way to make us feel comfortable (my wife loved the cassava cake and one member made sure she got a piece). We especially enjoyed Nhu in the restaurant. The Vietnamese food was quite good, but the chef was clearly not as comfortable with Western...
