A newish 3-star hotel that's absolutely clean throughout, with room sizes adequate for what is a businessman's hotel. The inexpensive breakfast buffet sports both Japanese and western fare, and I noted it attracts even non-guests off the street. The check-in staff speaks rather good English, though the TV selections in the room seemed to be Japanese-language only. No problem with the wi-fi, and the automated check-out was high tech.

ホテルは清潔でお部屋も居心地が良く　ゆっくり休めましたちょっと駅から遠目ですが　バス停がすぐ前にあり便利です近くに有名なキルフェボンというケーキ屋さんもあります

エアコンは、この時期涼しくなって我慢できた。トイレのシャワーが壊れていて閉口した。ベッドの枕元で耳鳴りの様な音が続いて、辛かった。その付近以外は聞こえなかった。

子連れで利用させていただきました。チェックイン時に子供用のアメニティを頂いたり、フロントで絵本を借りられたり、子連れでも安心して宿泊することができました。ホテル内もとても静かで良かったです。また浜松に来たときも利用させていただきたいと思います。

朝食のビュッフェが浜松で一番良かったです。ホテルの目の前がバス停で、浜松駅まですぐに行けます。ホテルの部屋にタクシーのQRコードがあり、配車を依頼できますが、急いでたら使わない方がいいです。

Great customer service and amazing breakfast! We requested to remove duvet from our room due to my son's allergy beforehand, and they went beyond our expectation by preparing feather-free pillows and blankets for us!! We'll definitely stay again when we visit Hamamatsu.
