"I liked the area that the hotel was in....there was a mall located right across the street with different shops, restaurants and stores. The hotel itself was actually really nice..they had restaurants there as well and a store that was on site. The train station was right across the bridge which was very convenient when catching the train! If you plan to go to Disney, thats the next stop on the train! They had late night snack and drink hour in the hotel for a certain number of hours that was a great add on as well. Overall I really enjoyed the stay! Id stay there again"

"Property was great , however we had to pay for the indoor pool access , some around 12 years boy pooped in the pool right next to our daughter swimming , we had to leave . It was disgusting . It would be also helpful if any receptionist or concierge stuff would speak English somewhat , it was very hard to communicate with them . And Breakfast and Dinner buffets were very expensive"

The location is unbeatable, situated right across the street from Bayside Station, where the monorail whisks you straight to the Disney parks in minutes. No long drives or parking hassles, just an easy ride to the magic. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained and welcoming throughout. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of food options that catered to just about every taste in our group. Whatever you were in the mood for, there was something to satisfy. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel at home. The entire staff spoke English exceptionally well, which made communication effortless and added to how welcomed we felt during our stay. We left feeling thoroughly taken care of and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Disney parks who wants comfort, convenience, and standout hospitality."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bay Tokyo! The experience was excellent from start to finish. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, making it a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. One of the biggest conveniences was the hotel shuttle that provides easy transportation to DisneySea, making our visit stress-free and enjoyable. Another great benefit is the ability to reserve a limousine bus directly from the hotel to the airport. It was very convenient, affordable, and made our departure much easier. Overall, the service, cleanliness, amenities, and transportation options made this a fantastic stay. We would definitely recommend Hilton Bay Tokyo to anyone visiting Tokyo and would happily stay here again!"
