"The hot water supply was unstable, we need to take cold water shower in most of the time. There were 3 domes but we were assigned the one with the worst view which cannot see the Kominato railway at all. We found that the other two domes were empty but the owner simply didn’t provide the better view dome. There are not much restaurants nearby. "I had an amazing experience here. The staff was so friendly and the entire place was so clean! I didn't get to use the amenities because of my schedule, but they looked great in the pictures and I'm sure I would've loved them as well. There is a free shuttle to and from Disneyland and Disney Sea, which is so helpful! They're very glad to help you with anything you need. I would love to stay here again next time I visit here for Tokyo Disney."

"I was attending an exhibition around the hotel. The hotel provdes great access to the conference site. The hotel itself offered a list of several restaurants for lunch and dinner. But there are even more restaurants and shopping malls around the hotel. Also the train station was within 5 to 10 min walking distance."

"A great hotel with friendly staff and fantastic rooms by Japanese standards. The only let down was the dinner menu in the restaurant that had very little choice and very basic. It forces you to go outside the hotel to eat dinner. We did see a lot of guests ordering Uber Eats etc in the evening. Strange though as breakfast was really good. All in all a nice friendly hotel ideally located."
