The hotel is situated right next to the sea and the sunsets are stunning. The room is big and quite comfortable. My only complaint is the toilet had a continuous noxious odour that may be from the backflow or exhaust of other units.

Room was fantastic and very spacious offering amenities like kitchen, dining table, bathtub, washer etc. It also had private rooftop access with jacuzzi overlooking the ocean (bear in mind there is no swimming pool). Mercure Saga Karatsu Resort
Spacious room with an ocean view. Extremely helpful staff despite a very busy festival time. Excellent breakfast buffet for all tastes.
