"Nice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family. "The hotel was very grand. Nice and comfortable furniture. Having to pay for a meal in the evening was a bit expensive and the same menu each night. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast and evening meal were very nice and weren't too filling which is good."

"We stopped here to have a night in blackpool as next day was golf captains trip to herons reach which was near by. Check in was slow as had to queue to check in and the queue was long. Had a couple of cheeky porettis before we could pick up our room keys which wasnt bad or badly priced. Room was clean with a sea view so no complaints at all about the room. I heard some of the other golfers went to their rooms and they hadnt been cleaned but received a free pint in compensation ! Overall a good experience "
