Great new hotel nicely located along the Alster lake in walking distance to the city center and great restaurants. The service was good but it would have been great to be advised about the parking in and around hotel when the very friendly staff unloaded and parked the car on arrival, but then later charged 28 Euro/day for it when we could have parked for free during the weekend right in front of the hotel. The room was nice, but the cleanliness did not live up to expectations.

The location was incredibly convenient, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the eggs. Would totally recommend staying here!

Impeccable Service. This hotel puts attention to all details. Polite and Friendly and Personal staff who works as if it is their own hotel. Rooms are very well decorated with a big walk in wardrobe. Bathroom has heated tiled flooring so you don't get a shock when its cold and great overall toilet facilities. Really lovely bar and restaurant. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. The modern, trendy and chic hotel was located at the corner of Singapurstraße. It was convenient to get around to the Überseestraße where Westfield shopping mall is. Features of the hotel is of a curated interior design, blending modern art, custom furniture, and unique color palettes. Another couple travelled along with us. They too had 3 nights over in this hotel. Plenty of F&B establishments around this hotel to check out too.

All are good except service, upon checking out, I was told for being overcharged on the tourist tax, good thing is they refunded me, bad thing is all of my colleagues were waiting for me on the refund which could have done it on 2nd night stay...

The hotel staffs are really nice and helpful. The facilities are comprehensive and in good working condition. The rooms are clean and creatively decorated. They are also really comfortable and spacious. Overall, it was a value for money booking and I would recommend it to anyone traveling on budget.

The breakfast was sosososo good and everything was very convenient.

Everything is great and the only down side is that the hotel only provides a bottle of complimentary still water

Everything was perfect except for the fact that we requested for a quiet room and hotel staff still allocated the room right beside the sauna and pool (it was so noisy the whole night with the door slamming every now and then). Other than that, the room was really comfortable, clean and close to city center.
